Jorge Ortiz knows the real estate business in Costa Rica very well. Throughout his career he has made more than 3,500 successful closings and has directed more than 30 real estate projects for developers in the country, obtaining the prestigious CENTURION® Award (more than 71 sides per year). He has been an agent, real estate project manager and owner of a construction company, he has been on all fronts of the business, which gives him a unique sensitivity to understand the needs of his clients.
